Ethiopia Sidamo GR 2
The Sidamo region is located in the south of Ethiopia, the altitude here reaches 2000 meters. It is here, on small farms, that coffee is grown Ethiopia Sidamo - known worldwide for its outstanding taste. Grade 2 in the name indicates, firstly, the washed processing method, and secondly, the quality of coffee - in every 350 grams of grain, the number of defective units is in the range from 4 to 21.
The taste of the Ethiopian Sidamo GR2 is deep and soft. The monosort will surprise you with its balance and rich flavor palette. In a cup, Sidamo GR2 is a drink with pleasant floral and fruity notes and a slight bitterness. The aroma is vanilla, cardamom and cocoa. A distinctive feature of the monosort Sidamo GR2 is a long aftertaste with hints of caramel and fried bread.
Ethiopia Sidamo GR2 excellent in espresso. Ideal for alternative brewing methods (French press, cezve, mocha).
