Vietnam Arabica
Despite the fact that Vietnam is the country of Robusta - the first place in the world in terms of production, Arabica is also grown in this country. The share of production is only 5%, which makes the variety even more unique, rare and definitely worthy of attention.
Most Arabica in Vietnam is produced on the Tai Nguyen (Central Highlands) plateau in the provinces of Lam Dong, Contour, Dak Lak, Gyalai and Dak Nong. Coffee is grown on the slopes of mountains and terraces at an altitude of 1200 - 1600 meters with a minimum amount of shade.
Vietnam Arabica Monovariety is popular all over the world due to its unusual taste. It has a low acidity level, full body, gives a good balanced cup. The taste combines several shades at once: leather, tobacco, nuts, spices, chocolate and caramel.
